Jaime Navarro

Jaime Navarro is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources and plant management. Currently serving as the Manager of HR Business Operations at Ardagh Group since August 2012, Jaime oversees HR functions for Ardagh Glass/America and previously managed all HR aspects for a Glass Container Manufacturing Plant with approximately 350 employees. Prior to Ardagh Group, Jaime held the position of Plant Manager at Georgia-Pacific LLC, leading operations at a corrugated plant, and served as the Regional People Services Manager for DaVita Kidney Care, managing HR and labor relations for 62 dialysis clinics across several states. Earlier career roles include sales and contract packaging at American River Packaging and various leadership positions at Saint Gobain, where responsibilities included managing all aspects of glass container manufacturing. Jaime Navarro pursued education in criminal justice at the University of Texas at Edinburg from 1977 to 1979.
