Jeff Kelsey

Jeff Kelsey is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in property tax and accounting. Currently serving as the Manager of Property Tax at Ardagh Group since March 2020, Kelsey also operates Kelsey Tax and Consulting Services LLC as Principal since September 2011. Previous roles include Corporate Accountant at Deflecto LLC, Senior Accountant at both Nachi America Inc. and Firestone Building Products, and Director of Property Tax Services at Katz, Sapper & Miller. Kelsey began a career in accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers and the Indiana Board of Tax Commissioners. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ball State University, earned in 1983.
