Shawn Perry

Shawn Perry currently serves as Plant Manager at Ardagh Group since December 2022, having previously held the position of Operations Manager at the same company. Prior to this role, Shawn was a Line Leader at O-I from May 2022 to December 2022 and worked as a Manufacturing Team Leader at NSG Pilkington from April 2021 to April 2022. Shawn's extensive experience at Ardagh Group spans from January 2016 to April 2021, during which time Shawn held various roles including Production Manager, Forming Manager, Tank Manager, and Shift Supervisor. Additionally, Shawn is a former Marine, having served as an MV-22 Crew Chief in the United States Marine Corps from November 2010 to November 2015. Shawn received a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Ball State University, completing the program in 2010.
