Stephan Seiffert

Stephan Seiffert has extensive experience in employee relations and consultation within the glass manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Chairman of the Group Works Council for Ardagh Group since May 1999, Stephan oversees employee affairs across all German plants. Additionally, in the role of Chairman of the Works Council for Ardagh Group, responsibility includes matters protected under German industrial laws for the home plant. As Vice Chairman of the European Works Council, Stephan engages in economic affairs and consultations affecting employees across multiple European countries. Since June 2018, Stephan has operated as an owner and consultant at SE-Consult, specializing in health and safety, working hours, shift models, and European Works Councils. Prior to this, Stephan held the position of Vice Chairman of the Central Works Council at Heye Glas from March 1992 to May 1999. Stephan's educational background includes a degree as a Supervisor/Executive for glass industry workshops from the Glass Supervisors School in Laichlingen and a qualification as a Glass Maker from Heye Glas.
