Kseniia Reznychenko

Kseniia Reznychenko is the current Chief Operating Officer at Ardas. Kseniia has extensive experience in product and project management, as well as brand management. Kseniia has a long history of successfully executing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Prior to their current role, they served as a Brand Director at a coworking hub and a Product Manager/Project Manager at Middleware, Inc. At Middleware, Inc., they were responsible for creating and managing roadmaps/backlogs, getting requirements and sprint management, determining operational objectives, and improving systems. Kseniia also took product ownership and managed the entire product line life cycle from sunsetting legacy products to prototyping and testing new features/products and ideas. Kseniia is an expert in assessment and has a proven track record of being able to effectively communicate with all stakeholders involved in a project. Kseniia is also experienced in planning production and delivery, as well as delivery management for different solutions.

Kseniia Reznychenko has a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Dnipropetrovs'kij Nacional'nij Universitet. Kseniia also has a Master's degree in English Language and Literature, General from Dnipropetrovs'kij Nacional'nij Universitet. Kseniia is certified from Growth Institute in Scaling Up Master Business Course and from ICAgile in ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP).
