Giovanni Cavazza

Giovanni Cavazza is an experienced M&A Executive Director at Ardea Partners, a position held since January 2021, following a role as M&A Associate. Prior experience includes serving as an Investment Banking Analyst focused on M&A in the insurance sector at J.P. Morgan from January 2019 to December 2020, and internships as an Investment Banking Analyst at BNP Paribas in both M&A for Financial Institutions Group and ECM from July 2017 to November 2018. Giovanni holds a Double Degree Master in Management and MSc in Risk and Finance from EDHEC Business School, completed in 2019, and has participated in summer finance studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science in 2016, as well as an Erasmus program at Prague University of Economics and Business in 2015. Giovanni earned a Bachelor's degree in Diplomatic and International Affairs from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna between 2012 and 2015.
