Lucie Ondraschkova

Lucie Ondraschkova has a diverse work experience in investment banking and athletics. From 2017 to the present, they have been working at Ardea Partners, starting as an Associate and progressing to the role of Vice President. Since January 2021, they have also served as the Chief of Staff for the company. Prior to their time at Ardea Partners, Lucie worked at Goldman Sachs as an Investment Banking Associate from July to August 2016 and as an Investment Banking Analyst from July 2014 to July 2016. Lucie also has a background in athletics, having competed in heptathlon and long jump for The Czech National Track Team from July 2006 to June 2014, and later representing the UGA Track Team in heptathlon from August 2009 to December 2013. In 2013, they interned at Goldman Sachs during the summer.

Lucie Ondraschkova began their education at the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from 2009 to 2014. During their time at the university, they focused on subjects such as Finance, Economics, and International Business. In 2011 and 2012, Lucie also attended Wall Street Prep to enhance their knowledge and skills in Financial and Valuation Modeling.
