Gabriel Medjanis

Gabriel Medjanis is an experienced professional in the fields of clinical supply chain management and real estate. Currently serving as Associate Director of Clinical Supply Chain at Ardelyx, Inc. since August 2025, Gabriel previously held multiple roles in clinical drug supply, including Associate Director at Ikena Oncology and Associate Director of External Manufacturing at Kaleido Biosciences. In addition, Gabriel has significant experience in managing clinical supply for global trials at Dicerna Pharmaceuticals, overseeing operations from manufacturing to inventory management. Since March 2014, Gabriel has also functioned as a Sales/Leasing Agent at Back Bay Properties, representing buyers and sellers in both commercial and residential real estate markets. Gabriel holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, obtained in 1999.
