Karyn Kummer

Karyn Kummer has extensive work experience in supply chain management and logistics. Karyn began their career at Verlag Schmid in 1996 as a Technical Editor and Translator, a role they held until 1999. Karyn then worked at Detroit Diesel as an International Materials Planner from 1999 to 2001. Karyn then joined Visteon Corporation as a North American Customs Supervisor from 2001 to 2006. Karyn later transitioned to Arden Companies, where they held various roles within the supply chain department. These roles included Corporate Logistics Manager from 2006 to 2009, Director of Planning & Logistics from 2009 to 2013, Senior Director of Supply Chain from 2013 to 2014, Vice President of Business Integration from 2014 to 2017, and currently serves as the SVP of Supply Chain since 2017.

Karyn Kummer completed their Bachelor's degree in Linguistics at Michigan State University from 1990 to 1992. Following this, they pursued their Master's degree in Linguistics, specializing in German and English, at The University of Freiburg from 1992 to 1996. In April 2007, they obtained a US Customs Broker License from the US Department of Homeland Security.
