Jasmine Gray has extensive experience in customer service and claims management, with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager and previously as Pre-Site Customer Service Team Leader at Arden Homes since July 2018, Jasmine has built a strong foundation in customer support roles from projects at Porter Davis as Building Coordinator and at RPF Group as Victorian Claims Coordinator. Earlier experience includes Customer Service Coordinator at Johns Lyng Group and a position as Barista at McDonald's Restaurants. Jasmine holds a Certificate IV in Work Place Health & Safety from Master Builders Victoria and a Diploma of Remedial Massage from RMIT University, complemented by a solid educational background from Caulfield Grammar School.
