Kathleen began their career in 1986 at Northern Trust Bank, where they served as an Assistant Vice President and Trust Officer. From 1995 to 2002, they worked at Merrill Lynch Trust and Morgan Stanley Trust as a Director, Vice President, and Senior Trust Officer. In 2010, they founded Tessera Elder Consulting, where they provided financial care management and guidance to seniors and their families.
