Connor James is a Principal Surveyor at Ardent since February 2023, previously serving as a Senior Surveyor. Prior experience includes a role as a Chartered Surveyor and Assistant Surveyor at CBRE from July 2018 to February 2023. Connor's early career involved positions such as Receptionist at Queen Mary University of London and Finance Assistant at CAA-GBG Global Brand Management Group. Additionally, Connor worked as a Partner at Waitrose and as an Accounts Assistant at Romelle Swire. Academic qualifications include a Masters in Real Estate from Kingston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Queen Mary University of London, along with A Levels from Beths Grammar School.
