Heather Hegarty is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in land access and negotiations. Currently, Heather serves as a Project Manager at National Grid and has held similar roles at Ardent and Lower Thames Crossing, where involvement in the DCO Negotiations team was key. Prior experience includes leadership as Team Lead for the land team at Align JV and senior project coordination at Dalcour Maclaren and Fusion JV. Heather’s career began in roles with Telemaster Ltd, Wireless Infrastructure Group, and Arqiva, demonstrating a strong foundation in estates surveying, commercial coordination, licensing, and site access management.
