Prior experience includes roles as a DCO Consents Advisor for the Lower Thames Crossing and Senior Consents Coordinator for both Thames Estuary Asset Management 2100 (TEAM2100) and Jacobs, where responsibilities involved obtaining consent for flood defence projects. Previous positions also include Utilities and Infrastructure Surveyor at Fisher German LLP and Land and Consents Surveyor at Freedom Group, focusing on compensation settlements and property rights acquisitions. Matthew's educational background encompasses a foundation degree in Countryside, Conservation and Wildlife Management from the University of Greenwich and multiple qualifications from Hadlow College in the same field.
