Eileen Hughes

Eileen Hughes has extensive experience in the financial industry. Eileen started their career in 1989 as a Branch Manager at IGA Federal Credit Union. In 1999, they joined Ardent Credit Union as the VP of Deposit Operations. In this role, Eileen is responsible for overseeing multiple branch locations, member service areas, and the call center staff. Eileen develops and implements sales goals and incentive plans, monitors monthly progress, and provides coaching and mentoring to managers and staff. Eileen also plays a key role in policy development, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and vendor due diligence.
