MacHo Barrios

Macho Barrios has extensive experience in both firefighting and talent acquisition. Barrios has served as a firefighter with Tampa Fire Rescue since December 2015 and previously held the same position with Pasco County Government from February 2006 to December 2015. In the field of talent acquisition, Barrios currently works at Ardent Eagle Solutions as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist since August 2022 and previously served as a Sourcing Manager at Jacobs from January 2019 to August 2022. Additionally, Barrios has experience as a recruiter/sourcer for TracerOne and operated Crossfit Unleashed from January 2009 to March 2018. As an accomplished coach, Barrios has been the Head Coach at Unleashed Weightlifting since January 2006, specializing in Olympic weightlifting coaching and programming. Barrios holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications and a degree in Communications from the University of South Florida, as well as an Associate of Arts from Hillsborough Community College.
