Jacquelyn Nicolay, M.S.Ed., is a seasoned instructional designer with extensive experience in creating effective eLearning solutions and training materials. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer at Philips since September 2020, Jacquelyn conducts needs assessments and develops measurable learning objectives. As a Contract Instructional Designer at Ardent since May 2016, Jacquelyn has crafted engaging online training for prominent corporations including Subaru and Nissan. Prior roles include a Contract eRecord Instructional Designer at the University of Rochester, where expertise was provided as part of the eRecord Project, and a Senior Training Specialist at Frontier Communications, focusing on interactive curricula development.
