Richard Bethel

Mr. Bethel joined the Ardent team in September 2003 as a construction superintendent. Before that he worked at SECO for 8 years bringing his total E&I experience to 25 years. He started as an electrical trainee working his way up to construction and turnaround supervisor, regional safety manager and district operations manager. Mr. Bethel is currently the district manager of our Bakersfield, CA office managing work in California and other western states. He maintains electrical contractor’s licenses in multiple states and is a California certified electrical journeyman. Recently he completed a certificate course in project management at California State University Bakersfield and is a Master Trainer/electrical instructor for the NCCER.
