Chad Miles

Chad Miles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business strategy, analytics, and growth. Currently, Chad serves as the Co-founder and COO of TrainSpace, focusing on innovation and support for entrepreneurial personal trainers and gyms. As Co-founder and Head of Growth at Gripjoy Socks, Chad has contributed to developing grip socks that address a significant market need. At Ardeo Education Solutions, Chad operates as a Sr Consultant in Underwriting & Analytics, managing risk and driving product innovation. Previously, Chad held roles at Nuveen Investments as AVP of Customer Analytics, Northern Trust as 2nd Vice President of Corporate Finance, and Nalco as a Financial Analyst. Early in the career, Chad gained experience as a Wealth Management Intern at Merrill Lynch. Chad holds an MBA with a focus on Analytic Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Econometrics & Statistics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. in Business with a concentration in Finance from Calvin University.
