Mary Pollard

Mary Pollard has over two decades of experience in human resources leadership, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Ardeo Education Solutions since February 2020. Prior roles include Director of Talent at Symbria, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition and leadership development, and Human Resources Director at Level 10, LLC, where Mary was part of the executive leadership team. Additional experience includes project management in employee communications at UHC and serving as an independent HR consultant for UHC, along with HR leadership roles at Ameritech. Mary holds a Master of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations/Human Resources and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
