Lara Kost

Lara Kost currently serves as Teamlead Sales Excellence Germany and Global Sales Excellence Manager at ARDEX Group since February 2022, having previously held roles in sales excellence and digital transformation. Prior to ARDEX, Lara worked at Wilo Group in a sales excellence department and at Penke, Reineward & Co. GmbH as a Working Student in International Sales. Early experience includes working as an Au Pair with Cultural Care Au Pair. Lara Kost holds a Master of Science in Management and Economics from Ruhr University Bochum and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the same institution. Additionally, Lara studied at Universitat de les Illes Balears and completed coursework in Business English Communication at Northern Virginia Community College.
