Mariam Giorgadze

Mariam Giorgadze currently serves as a Specialist in the HR Management Office at ARDI Insurance since April 2023. Previously, Mariam held roles at The University of Georgia (Tbilisi) from September 2018 to April 2023 as a Qualification Thesis Manager and Study Manager, and had an internship there from January 2018 to July 2018. Additionally, Mariam gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at the NAEC from April 2018 to June 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology obtained from The University of Georgia (Tbilisi) in July 2020, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution, completed in June 2018.
