Axel Fognini

Axel Fognini began their work experience in 2015 at Oneida Associés, where they worked as a Distressed M&A - Restructuring professional for 6 months. In the same year, they also joined Ardian, starting as a Funds of funds - Finance Analyst in December. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Private Debt - Finance Analyst at Ardian and held this position until December 2019. From January 2019 to December 2020, Axel served as a Private Debt - Finance Associate at Ardian. Currently, they are working at Ardian as a Private Debt - Senior Finance Associate, starting in January 2021.

Axel Fognini began their education in 2006 at the Institution des Chartreux, where they obtained a high school French diploma in economic and social sciences. In 2010, they enrolled at EDHEC Business School and graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree, specializing in finance. During their time at EDHEC Business School, they also pursued a semester abroad at the College of Charleston in 2013, furthering their studies in finance. In 2014, they continued their education at EDHEC Business School by pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) in International Accounting and Finance, which they completed in 2015.
