Badr M'haidra has a range of work experience in various roles within the finance and consulting sectors. In 2018, they interned at Eurazeo, where they gained experience in private equity. The following year, they interned at QualiQuanti, an institute specializing in brand studies and consulting, where they served as a consultant intern. In 2021, Badr worked as an M&A analyst intern at Crédit Agricole CIB. In 2022, they interned as a private equity analyst at Naxicap Partners. Currently, Badr works as a private equity analyst at Ardian, a role they started in June 2023.

Badr M’haidra began their education by attending Lycée Lyautey au Maroc from 2014 to 2017. During this time, they pursued the scientific track with a specialty in mathematics and obtained their French Baccalaureate.
