Claire Lehericy

Claire Lehericy has a range of work experience in various HR roles. Claire started their career as an HR intern at Ardian in June 2016. Claire then progressed to become a Junior HR Training & Development Officer and later an HR Training & Development Officer at the same company. In January 2022, they took on the role of HR Development & Recruitment- Senior Associate at Ardian. Prior to Ardian, Claire also gained experience as an Assistant au Département Presse at Atout France and as an Assistante de recrutement at Hotel Mercure Lisieux. Claire also worked as an Assistante au service Formation, Département Ressources Humaines at Hopital Robert Bisson.

Claire Lehericy completed their education in a chronological order. From 2012 to 2018, they attended EM Normandie Business School and earned a Master's degree in Gestion des ressources humaines / administration du personnel, général. In 2014, they participated in an Erasmus program at Babeș-Bolyai University, where they focused on Gestion des ressources humaines et services. That same year, they also participated in another Erasmus program at European-University Viadrina, with a focus on Économie internationale.
