Kevin Josel

Kevin Josel is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the private equity and financial sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director in the Legal Department at Ardian since June 2008, Kevin specializes in fund structuring within one of the world’s leading private equity firms. Previous roles include Senior Lawyer for the CDO team at Mizuho International, Senior Lawyer focusing on international fund products at Amundi, and Lawyer in capital markets and structured finance at Lovells, where expertise in Collateralized Debt Obligations (CDOs) was developed. Earlier in the career, Kevin held positions in civil and commercial litigation, including at Landman Corsi Ballaine & Ford and Josel Feenane & Gaier. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law, an LL.M. in French and European Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from Brandeis University, along with a diploma from The London School of Economics.
