Manon Schuler

Manon Schuler has a diverse work experience in the legal and corporate sectors. Most recently, they worked at Ardian as a CDI - Junior Lawyer - Fund Structuring, starting in July 2023. Prior to this, they completed an internship at Ardian in Fund Structuring from January 2023 to June 2023. In 2022, Manon completed a stage at Longchamp in the Corporate department from September to December. Before that, they gained valuable experience as an intern at Shearman & Sterling LLP in Corporate Governance & Benefits from January 2022 to June 2022. Manon also completed internships at Allen & Overy in the International Capital Markets department in 2020, and in the International Capital Markets/Banking department in 2019.

Manon Schuler began their education in 2016 at the Faculté de Droit, Sciences économiques et Gestion de Nancy, where they obtained a Licence Droit Common Law with a specialization in Droit. From 2018 to 2021, they pursued their studies at the Magistère Juriste d'Affaires Européen, focusing on Droit international des affaires, du commerce et droit fiscal. In 2020, they attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in International Commercial and Business Law. Currently, Manon is pursuing a Master 2 Droit des Affaires at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
