Thomas Mauricet

Thomas Mauricet has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as the HR International Manager at Ardian since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at EY Société d'Avocats for over 11 years, where they held the role of Senior Manager / Directeur de Mission Senior - Fiscalité des particuliers / Mobilité Internationale. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing tax and social applicable regimes, optimizing tax and social aspects of remuneration and benefits, and managing a team for complex French payroll.

Before joining EY, Thomas had a brief observational internship in HR at Commonwealth Bank in Australia in 2010.

Thomas began their career at COMAP, where they worked as an Assistant HR and then as a Chargé de missions développement RH. Their responsibilities at COMAP included training, budget management, and evaluations. Thomas worked at COMAP from October 2006 to July 2009.

From 2005 to 2009, Thomas Mauricet attended Groupe IGS Formation Continue, where they obtained a Master 2 (M2) degree in Responsable Management et Développement des Ressources Humaines.
