Katarzyna Chorązka

Katarzyna Chorązka, PhD has a diverse work experience in the field of biotechnology and pharmacology. Katarzyna started their career as a trainee at Instytut Farmakologii im. Jerzego Maja Polskiej Akademii Nauk in 2012. Katarzyna then pursued their MSc degree at Jagiellonian University from 2013 to 2015, during which they also worked as an intern. Following this, Katarzyna joined Instytut Farmakologii im. Jerzego Maja Polskiej Akademii Nauk again, this time as a laboratory technical assistant from 2015 to 2017. Katarzyna then transitioned into a PhD program at the same institute, where they worked as a PhD student from 2017 to 2022. In addition, Katarzyna has gained international experience as a visiting PhD student at the University of Helsinki in 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Biotechnology Market Research Analyst at Ardigen, starting in 2022.

Katarzyna Chorązka, PhD has an extensive education history. Katarzyna obtained a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Neuropsychopharmacology from the Maj Institute of Pharmacology Polish Academy of Sciences, completing their studies between 2017 and 2022. Prior to that, they pursued postgraduate studies in Innovative projects management at Krakowska Szkoła Biznesu UEK | Cracow School of Business CUE from 2019 to 2020. Katarzyna also holds a Master of Science - MS degree in Biotechnology from Jagiellonian University, which they earned from 2013 to 2015. Their academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Biotechnology, achieved at Jagiellonian University from 2010 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Katarzyna has acquired several certifications. These include "Analiza i wizualizacja danych w R," "Automatyzacja pracy w programie MS Excel z wykorzystaniem języka VBA," "Efektywna praca w programie MS Excel," "Podstawy statystyki matematycznej w R," "Wstęp do analizy danych w programie MS Excel," "Analityka biznesowa w Power BI," and "Analiza danych i programowanie w Pythonie." Katarzyna obtained these certifications from LabMasters between 2022 and 2022. Furthermore, Katarzyna participated in the EURON advanced workshop on Drugs and the Brain: from Laboratory to Clinic in 2019 through the European Graduate School of Neuroscience. Katarzyna also completed the Grow with Google workshop on Creative Skills for Innovation: Design Thinking in 2018 under the organization Projektanci Innowacji PFR.
