Marek Kudla

Marek Kudla is the Director of Bioinformatics at Ardigen, where responsibilities include providing strategic direction and overseeing a team of bioinformaticians since July 2019. Previously, Marek served as Tribe Leader, managing a diverse team of 30 experts in bioinformatics, software engineering, and data science, and ensuring project efficiency through Agile methodology. Marek's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology/Genomics from Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory and extensive research experience at institutions such as the University of California, Berkeley, Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, Newcastle University, and the University of Warsaw. Research expertise encompasses the application of artificial intelligence, sequencing methods, and molecular biology techniques.
