Lead Software Engineer at Ardigen

Michal Stuglik has extensive work experience in various roles related to bioinformatics and software development. From 2007 to 2013, they worked as a Software Developer at SmallGIS. Starting from 2012, they joined Jagiellonian University as a Bioinformatician and Research Associate, where they were involved in transcriptomic and genomic data analysis, programming and scripting, Linux servers administration, and Django app development. In 2015, they joined SRUC as a Bioinformatician, Programmer, and Researcher, working on developing pipelines for big data using Python, Bash, Golang, and Fortran.
