Paweł Grad

Paweł Grad has extensive work experience in software development and automation engineering. Paweł started their career at Van Pur S.A. as an Automation Engineer in 2013. Paweł then worked at Transsystem Sp. z o.o. as an Automation Engineer from July to September 2015. In December 2015, they joined smartbox as a Software Developer until July 2016.

From December 2014 to September 2016, Paweł worked at Legendary Rover as a Software Developer and Electronics Engineer.

In 2016, they joined Mobica as a Junior Software Engineer, where they worked on unit testing for a multi-arch automotive navigation system and developed a Tizen OS app. Paweł was then promoted to a Software Engineer role in January 2018 and continued working there until October 2018.

Since November 2018, Paweł has been working at Ardigen, initially as a Software Engineer and later as a Senior Software Engineer. Paweł'snotable projects include developing a docker image with a runtime environment for scientific samples processing and refactoring Python 2.7 software to Python 3.8, significantly reducing image build time.

Paweł Grad began their education in 2008 at I Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. H. Sienkiewicza w Łańcucie, where they completed their secondary education. From 2011 to 2015, they attended Politechnika Rzeszowska im. Ignacego Łukasiewicza, where they obtained their Engineer's degree in Automation and Robotics with a focus on computer control systems. Continuing their education, Paweł pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in industrial computer systems at Politechnika Rzeszowska im. Ignacego Łukasiewicza from 2015 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Paweł has also obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification from Scrum.org in October 2021.
