Leen Mallezie has held various administrative roles over the past decade. From 2010 to present, they have been employed by ARDIS Information Systems NV as a Lead Office Manager and an Administratief-commercieel bediende. From 2007 to 2010, they worked at Artimpex as a Sales Assistent. From 2006 to 2007, they were employed by Roxell as an Administratief bediende.

Leen Mallezie obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communicatiemanagement from Arteveldehogeschool from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended O.L.V. Ten Doorn from 1997 to 2003, studying Economie Moderne Talen.
