Katie McFadden

Katie McFadden, CFEE, is an experienced R&D Tax Professional at Ardius, which was acquired by Gusto, since August 2022. Prior to this role, Katie served as the Director of Membership Services for the Pasadena Tournament of Roses from June 2003 to July 2020, where significant achievements included enhancing member recruitment, satisfaction, retention, and engagement, alongside developing a custom member database, CRM, and member website. Katie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Theatre from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained between 1974 and 1978.
