T. Alexander Spratt also held the position of President & CEO at Bucks County Bank & Trust from 1992 to 1994, where the establishment of strategic and operational planning was a key focus. Concurrently, T. Alexander Spratt served as Group EVP Chief Credit Officer at Independence Bancorp, providing oversight for credit products and portfolio management across four banks. T. Alexander Spratt holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Brown University and an MBA in Finance from Drexel University.
