Param Virdee

Param Virdee is an experienced resourcing manager and Group Talent Acquisition Lead at Ardmore, where they have been since 2023, contributing to various iconic construction projects in London. Prior to this role, Param served as a Resource Manager at Skanska from 2016 to 2023 and as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Roevin from 2012 to 2016, demonstrating a strong background in recruitment within technical engineering disciplines.
