Evangeline Oriakhi Pharmd

Evangeline Oriakhi, PharmD, is an experienced clinical pharmacist currently working at Ardon Health since April 2021. With a diverse background in pharmacy, Oriakhi has held various roles including pharmacist positions at Geneva Woods Pharmacy, Inc., and Ro, as well as MTM Clinical Pharmacist at AdhereHealth, LLC. Previous experiences include monitoring drug therapies at Consonus Healthcare and being a pharmacy manager at RITE AID, where Oriakhi significantly increased prescription fills. Additional experience includes internships focused on anticoagulation and general medicine at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, as well as hospital pharmacy and managed care rotations. Oriakhi holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Midwestern University and a General Science degree from Oregon State University.
