Heather Chapman

Heather Chapman is a seasoned executive in the healthcare and technology sectors, currently serving as President and Chief Operating Officer of Ardon Health since February 2018. In this role, Heather leads strategy and operations to ensure high-quality service to patients, clients, and partners at an award-winning specialty pharmacy provider. Prior to this position, Heather held various leadership roles at Ardon Health, including Vice President of Technology and Operations and Director of IT. Heather's extensive experience also includes a tenure as Management Consultant at RGP and significant positions at Nike, Inc., where responsibilities ranged from directing infrastructure services to advancing supply chain processes. Heather holds a degree from Washington State University.
