Heidi Mattison

Heidi Mattison currently serves as Chief Customer Officer at Ardoq, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this, Heidi held pivotal roles including Chief Technology Officer at Cabinetworks Group and Vice President, Chief Information Officer at Superior Industries. A significant portion of Heidi's career was spent at ZF Group, where various positions were held, such as Director of Information Technology and Program Manager. Heidi also worked as International Project Manager for ERP Systems Integration at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and as a Management Consultant at Accenture. The early career included roles as a Product Financial Analyst at Starbucks and a Material Planner at Robert Bosch, after starting as an Engineer at Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University, where studies were also undertaken in the Honors College.
