Bala G has been working in the IT industry since 2015. Bala started as a Bench Sales Recruiter at Neumeric Technologies Corp and then moved on to a Sr Bench Sales Recruiter role at Horizon Softech Inc in 2018. In 2020, they joined Ardor IT Solutions as a Team Lead and Sr Bench Sales Recruiter.

Bala G completed a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Vignana Bharathi Institute of Technology-Hyderabad-JNTU between 2007 and 2011. Bala then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from Samskruti College of Engineering & Technology-Hyderabad-JNTU between 2013 and 2015.
