Moshood Olajide is an accomplished legal and finance professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and regulatory services. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Ardova Plc since July 2019 and as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Tangerine Africa, Moshood has held significant roles in prominent firms such as PwC, where responsibilities included Partnership and General Counsel for the West Africa Market Area. A law graduate from Obafemi Awolowo University and an LLM holder from Columbia Law School, Moshood has a breadth of expertise in tax, corporate advisory, and business support services, having also started their career as an Associate at Aluko & Oyebode.
