Steven Ferguson

Steven Ferguson has over 20 years of experience in the field of quantity surveying and project management. Currently serving as the Capital Project Manager at Ards and North Down Borough Council since February 2020, Steven previously held the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor at Arcadis from January 2007 to February 2020. Earlier in their career, Steven worked as a Quantity Surveyor at Anderson Williamson Limited from September 1999 to December 2006, as well as at Anderson Williamson from 1999 to 2006. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Quantity Surveying from Ulster University, earned between 2001 and 2006, and completed education at Methodist College Belfast from 1991 to 1999.
