Bill Hess

Bill Hess is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in structural engineering, currently serving as Senior Structures Engineer and Orlando Structures Lead at Ardurra since January 2022. Prior to this role, Bill held the same position at Pevida Highway Designers, LLC from November 2019 to January 2022. Bill’s career includes significant tenure at HNTB Corporation as Senior Project Manager from October 2000 to November 2019 and earlier experience as a Bridge Engineer at Michael Baker International from May 1994 to October 2000. Bill holds both a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, earned between 1988 and 1994.
