Carlos Guillen

Carlos Guillen is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in civil engineering and construction management. Currently employed at Ardurra since January 2023, Carlos has held similar positions at Torrence Engineering, Ces NW Inc, and Selland Construction Inc, demonstrating a strong ability to oversee civil construction documents, manage project budgets and resources, and perform detailed engineering calculations related to stormwater and windstorm scenarios. Carlos began the professional journey as an Engineering Aide at Washington State Parks and Recreation and has a foundational background as an Engineering Drafter/Designer at Northwest Datum & Design. Carlos earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Idaho between 2008 and 2011.
