Dino D'Emilia

Dino D'Emilia is an accomplished professional in public works and construction services, currently serving as the California Public Works Practice Director and PMCM Group Leader at Ardurra since August 2018. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President of Construction Services at AndersonPenna Partners, Inc. from July 2010 to August 2018, and positions such as Past President of the Southern California Chapter of the American Public Works Association in 2011, Sr. Group Manager at PBS&J, and Team Leader at Psomas. Dino holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University, completed in 1991, after obtaining a high school diploma from Bridgewater-Raynham Regional High School in 1986.
