Silvia Beltre P.e.

Silvia Beltre, P.E. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of transportation planning and project development. Silvia has served as the Chief Project Development Engineer at Ardurra since December 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President/Practice Lead - Florida at Stantec from November 2012 to January 2022. During their time at Stantec, Silvia focused on advising government and private entities on transportation projects, emphasizing the importance of community involvement and early planning stages.

Before joining Stantec, Silvia worked at C3TS for over 20 years, where they served as the Senior Associate and Director of the Transportation Planning and Project Development Department. In this role, they assisted local municipalities and clients with their transportation planning needs and led Project Development and Environment studies. Silvia also managed the Public Relations/Public Outreach programs for planning, PD&E, and final design projects. Throughout their career, Silvia has gained expertise in disciplines such as structures design, roadway design, lighting, signalization, and utilities.
