Carlene Swaby Taylor

Carlene Swaby Taylor has held various positions in the media industry over the past 23 years. In 1997, they began their career as a Media Planner at The Marketing Counselors. In 2001, they moved to Info Exchange as an Account Services Manager. From 2002 to 2007, they worked at Radio Jamaica Limited as the Brand Manager of FAME and then as the Marketing & Sales Manager Radio for RJR Communications Group. From 2013 to 2020, they worked at iHeartMedia as a National Sales Assistant and Sales Assistant. Most recently, they have been working as a Special Assistant to the CEO at ARDX since 2020.

Carlene Swaby Taylor received their MBA in Marketing from the Mona School of Business, UWI, Jamaica in 2003. Prior to that, they completed their BA in Language, Literature with Management Studies from the University of the West Indies in 1992. Finally, they graduated from Morant Bay High in 1986 with a High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates.
