Angela Rutterbush

Angela Rutterbush has extensive experience in Human Resources and Benefits management. Angela is currently working as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Area Agency on Aging 1-B since May 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at the same company from October 2019 to May 2020. From June 2018 to October 2019, they worked as the Human Resource Manager at the same organization. Before joining Area Agency on Aging 1-B, Angela worked as a Benefits Manager at Modern Dental Laboratory USA from February 2017 to June 2018. Angela was responsible for managing employee benefits programs, leave plans, and workers' compensation claims. Angela also had a role as a Sr. Benefits Analyst at CSC from August 2002 to January 2010. Angela'sresponsibilities included financial modeling, compliance programs, and benefits offerings. Angela started their career as a Benefits Administrator & HR Assistant at BNP Media from November 1999 to April 2002, where they administered various benefit plans and implemented the company's HRIS platform.

Angela Rutterbush attended Oakland University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development. In July 2004, they also earned a Certificate in Health & Welfare Plans from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP).
