Nicole Laliberte has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nicole began their career in 2013 as a Caterer at Aramark, where they provided excellent customer service and displayed attention to detail for banquets and station set-up. In 2016, they worked as an Intern at Max Higbee Center, coordinating recreation activities for individuals with developmental disabilities. Nicole also interned at Bellingham At Home, where they coordinated recreation activities and executed public outreach.

Nicole continued gaining experience as an intern at Whatcom Family and Community Network, where they worked on restoration projects and coordinated events. Nicole then worked as a Seasonal Sales Associate at Hallmark Cards, providing excellent customer service and staging product displays. In 2017, Nicole joined First Choice In-Home Care, Inc. as a Direct Care Supervisor, managing a client caseload and coordinating care providers. Nicole was later promoted to Senior Direct Care Supervisor, where they managed a team and assisted with hiring and recruiting new office staff.

In 2019, Nicole joined Alpha Supported Living Services as a Healthcare Supervisor, ensuring the medical needs of participants with developmental disabilities were met. Nicole then transitioned to the Area Agency on Aging & Disabilities in SW Washington as a Case Manager, assessing clients and developing person-centered plans of care.

Throughout their work experience, Nicole consistently demonstrated excellent customer service, effective communication, and strong teamwork skills. Nicole has also gained experience in coordinating events, managing teams, and overseeing performance.

Nicole Laliberte completed their high school education at Woodinville High School from 2010 to 2013. Nicole then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, General at Western Washington University from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Nicole has obtained various certifications including Powerful Tools for Caregivers Class Leader from POWERFUL TOOLS FOR CAREGIVERS in April 2023, a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification from YogaRenew in October 2021, Residential Services Training from the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services in April 2019, HIV and Blood Borne Pathogens Training from ALPHA SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES in March 2019, Intro to Elements of Positive Behavior Supports from ALPHA SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES in March 2019, Nurse Delegation Core Training from the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services in September 2018, CPR, AED, and Basic First Aid from the American Safety and Health Institute in April 2019, Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) from the Washington State Department of Health in April 2019, Crisis Prevention and Intervention from the Crisis Prevention Institute in September 2017, and Youth Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Behavioral Health in March 2016.
