The Health and Education Team at Care Directions® focuses on promoting overall well-being and health education for clients living with HIV. They develop and implement educational programs, coordinate preventative measures, and provide one-to-one support to enhance clients' quality of life. Team members work collaboratively to create and deliver personalized care plans, offering resources such as counseling, vocational rehabilitation, health education, and wellness activities like yoga. Their goal is to empower clients with the knowledge and tools needed to manage their health effectively.
